Why I built it this way
Most people arrive here having been assessed in pieces. A lab panel from one office, a questionnaire from another, a fifteen-minute visit that never had time to ask what any of it means together. The pieces are rarely wrong. They are just never assembled.
The assessment is my answer to that. Four parts, done deliberately, close enough together that they can be read as one picture. It is the recommended way to begin with me, whichever direction your care goes afterward.
A baseline is not paperwork. It is the only thing later change can be measured against.
What is included
Four parts, one picture.
Precision medicine consultation
We sit down and go through the whole history: what you have already tried, what changed and when, what your body has been doing that nobody has explained to you yet. This is the visit that decides what is worth testing and what is not.
NeuralCheck neuro-assessment
An objective measure of how your nervous system is actually performing, carried out at Longevity Labs Hawaiʻi. It gives us a number to start from rather than an impression, and it is the same measure we repeat later to see what has moved.
Functional lab panel
Hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation, thyroid, nutrient status and the cellular detail that routine panels leave out. I read the results across your history and your symptoms, not against a reference range alone.
Psycho-spiritual intake
A dedicated session for the part of health that laboratory work never reaches: what you are carrying, what you are grieving, what you want the next decade of your life to feel like. It is not therapy and it does not pretend to be. It is the context the rest of the data has to be read inside.
Two pathways
The same assessment, at two different tempos.
Local pathway
For people living on Hawaiʻi Island. The assessment unfolds over two to three weeks, at the pace of an ordinary life, with the visits arranged around work and family.
- Visits spread across two to three weeks, with in-person availability at Longevity Labs open seven days a week and virtual visits available anywhere in Hawaiʻi.
- Labs drawn early so results are back in time for the review.
- NeuralCheck scheduled at Longevity Labs at your convenience.
- A written baseline and plan in your hands at the final visit.
Destination Intensive
For people travelling to the Kohala Coast. One to two weeks in which the clinical work is sequenced alongside the recovery floor at Longevity Labs, so the body is being supported while it is being measured.
- One to two weeks on the Kohala Coast, with the whole assessment sequenced into the days rather than spread across a month.
- Superhuman Protocol sessions at Longevity Labs, red light, PEMF, oxygen training and VEMI, scheduled around the clinical work.
- Consultation, labs, NeuralCheck and psycho-spiritual intake completed before you fly home.
- Your written baseline and plan reviewed with me in person, followed by virtual continuity wherever you live.
Superhuman Protocol sessions and any other facility services are offered by Longevity Labs Hawaiʻi. They are experiences for preparation and recovery, not medical treatment, and their pricing is separate from Embody Your Medicine. Travel and accommodation are arranged by you and are not part of the assessment fee.

The same assessment compressed into one to two weeks on the Kohala Coast, with the Longevity Labs facility sessions scheduled around it and quoted separately by the facility.
Published prices are how this practice works, so until the bundle price is finalised it appears here as a placeholder rather than a number I would have to revise. Existing published fees, including the $250 New Patient Precision Medicine Consultation and the $125 Ketamine Intake, are unchanged and can still be booked on their own.
What happens afterward
The assessment ends with a written baseline and a plan, and the plan belongs to you whether or not you continue here. Some people go on to ongoing precision medicine care, some to ketamine-assisted care, some to an immersion, and some take the document to the physician they already have.
