Consultation Fees
There are two ways into the practice. The Ketamine Intake with Dr. King is $125 for 30 minutes, virtual or in person. It is a standalone, non-refundable physician evaluation fee, charged whether or not treatment goes ahead, and it is not credited toward sessions or packages. The New Patient Precision Medicine Consultation is $250 for 30 minutes and is the front door for precision health: diagnostics, hormones, metabolic and longevity care. Neither one is required in order to do the other.
All consultations must be booked and paid in advance. Dr. King does not respond to clinical questions, prescription requests, or scheduling inquiries from patients who have not yet paid for a consultation.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment incur a $100 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged the full consultation fee.
Prepaid Package Terms
Prepaid multi-session ketamine packages are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The reduced per-session price is the consideration for committing up front, so a package cannot be refunded once purchased and sessions cannot be given to another person. A patient who changes their mind, moves away, or stops coming is not refunded.
Prepaid sessions do not expire. There is no time limit within which they must be used.
There are three circumstances where money comes back. First, if Dr. King discontinues your treatment, whether for clinical or safety reasons or because she is unable to deliver the remaining sessions, every unused session is refunded in full. Second, if a patient dies, unused sessions are refunded to the estate on a pro-rata basis. Third, if a patient becomes medically unable to continue because of a condition lasting more than thirty days and confirmed by a licensed physician, the patient may either pause the package at no cost for the duration and resume afterward, or cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of unused sessions.
Committing is a choice, not a requirement. Anyone who prefers not to prepay can pay $325 per session at the full rate. The $125 Ketamine Intake is separate from every package and is not refundable.
These terms are provided in writing and acknowledged before any package is charged.
