The Arc: Three Phases

Mapping the living system
- •January to February 2027, Arrive: onboarding, comprehensive health history, baseline testing ordered. We begin with the seed, not the symptom.
- •March to April 2027, First Retreat, Hawaiʻi: the baseline becomes a living protocol. Physician interpretation, somatic practice, and community formation. The seed finds soil.
- •The data gathered here becomes the map: genomic, hormonal, microbial, cellular, nervous system. Everything that follows is built from this map.
Kupu · Sprout
The protocol becomes the life
- •May to August 2027, Return: monthly physician sessions. The protocol is not static. It responds as you respond. The slow architectural rebuild begins.
- •September to October 2027, Second Retreat, Hawaiʻi: re-test, re-interpret, deepen. The work shifts from intervention to integration. The sprout becomes directional.
- •What was data is now lived experience. What was prescribed is becoming instinctive. The body is beginning to remember its own intelligence.

The living structure is yours
- •November to December 2027, Return: consolidation. Every domain re-evaluated. Every change documented. A durable health architecture designed for what comes next.
- •A 12-month outcome document: biomarkers before and after, nervous system baseline compared, body composition arc, genomic expression reviewed.
- •The community does not end when the year does. The tree has roots now. That is the point.

Both residential retreats take place on the Kohala Coast of Hawaiʻi Island.

Everything included except flights.
Includes: all testing and physician interpretation across the year: genomic terrain mapping, hormone rhythm assessment, gut microbiome assessment, and comprehensive bloodwork at baseline, six months, and twelve months. Two five-night residential retreats in Hawaiʻi (private estate, Kohala Coast, all meals, all clinical sessions). Twelve monthly physician sessions with Dr. King. Questions
Applications are open now. The founding cohort begins January 3, 2027. The first in-person retreat takes place in Hawaiʻi in March to April 2027. The second retreat takes place in Hawaiʻi in September to October 2027.
Strictly limited to twelve women plus Dr. King. A direct conversation with Dr. King precedes any commitment.
