- Signature Retreats (3, 5, or 7 days) — physician-led retreats delivered at partner properties, designed end-to-end by Embody Medicine.
- Residency Programs (seasonal) — an Embody Medicine physician in residence for a defined season.
- Curated Council Weekends (2–3 days) — small-cohort gatherings for women's organizations and executive networks.
- Bespoke (variable) — custom programming for properties, foundations, or families with a specific vision.
Partnership Models
Defined by who delivers which movement.
