Ready to work with Dr. King?
There are two ways in, and neither one requires the other. If you are coming for ketamine-assisted care, book the Ketamine Intake: $125, 30 minutes, virtual or in person, a standalone, non-refundable physician evaluation fee. If you are coming for precision health, diagnostics, hormones, metabolic and longevity care, book the New Patient Precision Medicine Consultation, $250. Thirty minutes with Dr. King. Your story first, then only the labs worth ordering. Hormone and metabolic care, weight management treatments, and peptides where appropriate, after evaluation. A written plan is included. Dr. King does not respond to clinical questions, prescription requests, or lab inquiries outside of a scheduled appointment.

In person at Longevity Labs, The Shops at Mauna Lani, by appointment, afternoons and evenings. Ketamine-assisted sessions and integration sessions are scheduled directly with Dr. King. Video visits are available anywhere in Hawaiʻi.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $100 fee.
If you cannot find a suitable time in the calendar, you are welcome to reach out. However, please book and pay for your appointment first. We are unable to respond to clinical questions, scheduling requests, or messages from patients who have not yet completed payment.
