Labs during your stay: order early, the kit arrives at your hotel in about two days. Take it, fasting, to Clinical Labs of Hawaii in Waikoloa Village or Waimea; your concierge arranges the car. Dr. King reads the results with you by video in about two weeks, wherever you are. An in-room phlebotomist may be available for an additional fee. $795. Recovery shots. No time for labs here? No problem: Dr. King can order labs in your home state if you live in Hawaiʻi, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, Missouri, Louisiana, Nevada, Wisconsin, or Montana.
About the Hotel CallNew Patient Precision Medicine Consultation, $250. Thirty minutes with Dr. King. Your story first, then only the labs worth ordering. Hormone and metabolic care, weight management treatments, and peptides where appropriate, after evaluation. A written plan is included.

Membership, $99 per month
By mutual agreement after your consult, case by case: ongoing BHRT and functional medicine consultation by video when you go home, wherever Dr. King is licensed. There is no registration fee. Membership is not part of ketamine care and is never required for it.

Dr. King practices out of Longevity Labs Research and Development at the Shops at Mauna Lani. Longevity Labs Hawaiʻi, founded by Tiga Kailimai, HHP, is the energy, recovery, and performance facility at The Shops at Mauna Lani. The Superhuman Protocol, red light, PEMF, and oxygen training on the Longevity Labs floor with Tiga Kailimai, HHP. In the clinical suite: Dr. King's hormone and metabolic care, precision diagnostics, and physician-administered ketamine-assisted care.
